Frequency & Time: Bi-monthly, 1.5 hours-3 hour events.
Content: Evidence-based strategies for mental health fitness, directions to linking up with mental health services, camaraderie, controversial discussions and mental health support.

Mental Health Support Drop-In Sessions [Online]

Format: Online via Zoom. Hosted by mental health professionals.
Frequency & Time: Monthly, 2nd Thursday, 1-hour sessions.
Content: General mental health advice, how to get help.

Corporate/Organisational
Mental Wellness Workshops

Format: Face to face, and online. Hosted by our most
experienced facilitators.

Time: Ranging from 1-hour sessions to 4 hours sessions.
Content: Mental fitness exercises, skills, daily strategies
and group discussions.
