Community Men’s Support groups/Meetups

Format: (online and F2F).

Time: 1.5 hours-2 hours.

Content: Evidence-based strategies for mental health fitness, directions to linking up with mental health services, camaraderie, controversial discussions and mental health support.

Corporate/Organisational Mental Wellness Workshops

Format: Face to face, and online. Hosted by our most experienced facilitators.

Time: Ranging from 1-hour sessions to 4 hours sessions.

Content: Mental fitness exercises, skills, daily strategies and group discussions.
